For a limited time, rental fee is $110/hr and includes the use of tables, chairs, TV monitors and Bluetooth speaker. DJ’s are only allowed at our discretion as the venue is small and we have a noise ordnance. We do allow outside food and beverages (both alcoholic and non alcoholic) however, they cannot be sold. We ask that alcoholic beverages be placed behind the bar and there is a bartender there that will serve your guest at no additional fee. Ticket sales are not allowed. The fee also includes 1 hour of setup time before and 30 minutes after for breakdown. We close at 1am so events must end by 12:00am. The space holds 75 standing and 50 seated. There is plenty of street parking with no pay-boxes or residential restrictions. There is also a $50 cleaning fee that will be added to your total and a $75 staffing fee for the staff working your event. To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required and the remaining balance isn't due until 3 business days prior to your event.
